This paper presents research towards the Henley Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Programme which is in progress. The purpose of the paper is to review the most well known models of growth for eCommerce/eBusiness and in particular eGovernment to date, on a quest to identify an applicable model for mapping the progress made by the most prominent state-of-the-art eGovernment initiative of the UK government, the Directgov portal.
