Abstract

From the consideration of the internal reputation as the view that employees have of the company where they work we formulate three research questions: 1) Can internal reputation be measured? What model and metrics could be use for this purpose? 2) Which are the antecedents and main factors for developing a positive internal reputation? 3) Can a company achieve a positive external reputation if the degree of internal reputation is not right?
