The presentation covered models from theorists from education and media on how to encourage creatitivity in interactive environments. The work of Amy Jo Kim, who created 'The Sims' and Gilly Salmon, who created the learning communities for the Open University, were compared with industry studies from Forester and others. Implications for BBC Children's were presented, and the effect better facilitation might have on moderation costs was considered.
