Additional Information:The overall objective of the Institutional Support Project (ISP) (funding code: EuropeAid/120860/C/SV/VN) to Vietnam is to support the ongoing reforms towards a more transparent and accountable governance based on the rule of law, thus contributing to the implementation of the Comprehensive Poverty Reduction and Growth Strategy. The specific objectives of the ISP are to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the legislative, legal and judicial institutions of Vietnam in particular to meet the conditions for international integration and transition to a market economy. Giannis Keramidas, is part of the European Technical Assistance Team (ETAT) working on the European Commission's ISP to Vietnam. The workshop presentation took place on 9th to 10th July 2008.
